has anyone had a chance too see any of the multiplayer?

the class setups are different you can trade of weapon attachments for perks so you can have like up to seven perks, you can even trade your secondary weapon for a perk.

Theres a new game type called hardpoint a variation on headquarters where you always respawn and your team gets a point a second for holding the 'hardpoint', which moves about the map like headquarters


and i think dom(not sure about this) is going to become 'round' based like ctf

also the matchmaking is skill or rank based(hooray) to try and keep the game as even as possible

I figured it would be:

- Same basic game
- The odd tweaks to perk system, weapons etc.
- New maps of course
- Same old lag lag lag to death

So I didn't pre-order.

Is it any good?

I think it's good bit easier online to MW3 you can customise your classes more which I think is good.

I never played the last black ops the zombie mode is ok

its just a CoD... nothin special...

OH WAIT.

they stole 2 map designs from RFOM...Carrier looks like Hangar and Standoff is a mix between Manchester and the town in Somerset... just my opinion

I like the game its the best cod yet imo, has a lot less lag and i find it much easier to play on a foreign host.

theres a lot more good weapons and the game over all is much better balanced

its cod so it still can make you rage but cod is designed to do that

yea, i hav3nt had any trouble with art as host and I dont have even 3 bars.....but a lot of the maps are made to shoot from behind shit, so until i got it through my damn head that i couldnt just rush and get some kills

i never thought that i would say this but black ops 2 is kinda a good game

just like the rooftops you gotta learn the routes and the spawns and your golden.

anyone tried the black hat?

awesome piece of kit it can destroy enemy vehicles( uavs, helicoptors....), if your care package gets stuck somewhere you cant reach black hat will get it for you, you can steal care packages friendly and enemy and hack all enemy equipment bettys and the like.

another great tactical i found is the EMP grenade so usefull against sentry guns AGR,s and guardian towers bettys and claymores , shock charges the list goes on , emp is good against dragon fires as long as they arnt too high and is EMP effective through walls

I agree with thuder....don't run around so much. Take your time, walk carefully, figure out where you can shoot from cover. It's dangerously close to camping. But even behind cover, you can't sit there for too long, because there really aren't many "real" camping spots, as you can get shot from behind just about anywhere.

In the end, it's still just CoD. I'd be just as happy to play any of the older ones, but then I wouldn't be playing with any of my online friends. Crazy, have to "keep up with the Jones" even with video games.

I'm all about running about, got my set up of shotty, no 2nd weapon just the knife and perks set for speed and just sprint about. Usually in top 3 playing KC with that load out, some maps you do get creamed though.
Decided this time for blops2 i don't care about stats just have fun.

The Black Hat works even better when you have the engineer perk on as we'll as you can see enemy equipment through walls and still hack them.

ya its a little op but as its essentially a non lethal equipment thats ok, i do like destroying the care package helicopters with it as its quicker to use than a missile you have to lock on with

Best cod yet... might skip the next one and stick with this. ( probably not.. )

Gee I still run around, but I play SnD most when i am by myself......it just seems harder in SnD to go buck wild....though it is getting easier with more experience
