Lag compensation

Lots of theories on google about this..

Anyone have any issues with it? Personally, I think it's a fuckin joke. It's a nice idea to create a more level playing field, but I believe it is achieved by 'slowing' those with a good connection and 'improving' those with a bad one.

Just cos some fuck wants to play COD on dial-up means the first 5 bullets I shoot don't even register!? And I don't even bother trying to melee, absolutely no chance.

What's bizarre is that I rarely get a game less than 100ms ping, so I should be improved by the system?!

Horse shit. And typically it is thought to be much worse on PS3 than on xBox.

Does anyone else encounter it?

wow matt. u late. the terrible lag compensation is there since blops. the reason why i bought mw3 for the box, is that the LC is a bit better there.

i mean, its terrible on the box and it makes me rage on the ps.

i have a 12ms ping and it happens often that i get pwnd by 3bar enemys.

anyways, dont get me start it, its a game....

i forgot. mw2 was a really cheap game (noobtubes, commando, etc.), but technically it was prolly the best cod. 4 bar connection was good, 3 bars ok, 2 bars not playable. easy as simple. fuck lag compensation. ok, im done.

haha, I hate when you think you have pumped enough bullets into someone and start to reload and they are not dead, you know what Im talking about, you use the same gun long enough you actually KNOW when the guy will die, when it doesnt happen, i get pissed....
