I Started Muay Thai (lol)

Looks like UFC and MMA has had a positive impact.

Every week of the year, twice a week, mondays and wednesdays for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

i took a summer of classes at a thai boxing academy back when i was in high school.
the head instructor was brutal and it was intense but overall pretty fun and def kept you in shape.

the biggest prb for me was that it was mostly police officers and military folk in the classes. and im not that big of a dood, so it was a world of hurt that summer!

lol, i did feel a bit of a doodle, getting beat up and yet coming back each day for more haha.

but it was still fun stuff, learned a lot, and anything, it was crazy endurance and strength training. kicking and punching heavy pads and sparring for 3hrs a day 3-4 times a week. got me in shape for football (american) that summer =)

We only have two 1 hour sessions a week. I love everything about it...
