| Post a question with 5 multiple choice answers. The next poster will answer correctly and then pose a new question. Please use actual facts. The moderator will check all answers, and if an answer is found incorrect, the moderator will edit their post and leave a note of the actual correct answer. AMENDED RULE: It is not cheating if you "google" it or do research to find the correct answer. That's a little side point of the game. Learn something and having some fun while doing it.

| B. Winter Offensive ended.
The Soviets launched a massive counter attack in January 1943 to repulse the Germans from Stalingrad.
Soviet snipers inflicted huge casulities on the German ranks, breaking the moral of the invading army. The battle also took place in one of the harshest Russian winters in modern memory at the time, giving the Soviet soldier the reputation of being the best cold-weather fighter in history.
The Germans were pushed out of Stalingrad on 13 MAR 1943. |

| There was a Louis XVIII but no Louis XVII so far as I can tell, so even tho he was called Louis 18th he was actually the 17th Louis. (I think). Good try, but wrong i'm afraid buddy I don't know the answer to yours without cheating so i'll let someone else have a go. | |
