| Due to demand, i am going to set one up in yahoo fantasy sports. what would you like to have: 1. Head to head - battle against someone each week and have a W-L record
2. Points - whoever scores the most points is highest ranked
3. Rotisserie - you get marks for having the most points in an individual category, whoever has the most marks is highest ranked
i think H2H is always fun, but rotisserie sounds cool too.

| I wouldn't mind anyone of them. So either you pick a team, or individual players right?
I think it would be better with teams, because we will all fight for individual players. lol

| as far as i know its indivisual players, however it would be autodraft (to make it easy on the noobs who dont know as much about hockey, like me)
i think to draft a team, i would need to manually assign players as the commish which is a headache.
in anycase it should be fun. =)

| im in for hockey..much better at that then football....unless ur talking CFL...but i highly dought u are so..ya hockey is good.
Oh...Janie, the sens got off to a Lucky start...i doubt Laclair will be as good as he was for much longer.. he is very injury prone so watch for him to be on the bench by mid season...as the Leafs move right pass the sens with Mr.Phill Kessel coming back in about month and Tokala gets the boot around that time as well..It would be nice to get a goalie that can stop the first shot of the game for once..

| A 9 year old could kill better penalties than the ones i saw today..i mean come on 4 guys standing in the middle doing absolutly nothing not blocking passing or shooting lanes....Not to forget giving 2 of the best players in the game the time in the world to set up their plays...And so called tough team, my asss...fighting does not make a team "tough" to play against is the strong fore checking...winning battles on the boards and standing up for your star players(which we have none of atm i can see)..Fighing useless 4th liners is not the answer you have to hit players of importance like crosby and malkin .. Did you see that hit crosby gave on Kaberle... The leafs are the ones who should be giving those hits to Crosby not the other way around...
This was a sad game and a very tough time for a Leafs fan...SO much hype during the preseason and we play like a BAD AHL team...Thats what they get for seending all the bright players down and keeping dead weight aroundcough*Toskala*cough looking stupid..Hopefully they play better hockey soon cause after seeing thier schedual it doesnt seem like they will be picking up any wins any time soon...sad game tonight...

| I watched the highlights last night cause I missed the game, DAMN. Leafs better step it up. You can't let someone walk right in the zone and not do anythign about it. Certainly when Malkin and Crosby are on there. And yeah I did see Crosby that hit.... like damn like you said, it should be the other way around! They gotta get on the key players.. and not let them anytime to set it up because as they should know, you give 'em time, they will definately score on you. Certainly when your playing against 2 awesome players and you have a penalty, what kind of penalty kills is that?... I dunno.....
There is no point in fighting... just a hip check is good enough.. hell they gotta get back in their game if they want to win a few games. The way they are playing now, it ain't gonna happen much this year.
I'm glad my Sens won last night though, I didn't see the game, but saw highlights.. not a bad game... But... I don't think they will be doing well this year either. But I guess all we can do is wait and see....

| Im getting really worried about the Kessel Trade now...a 1st and 2nd for 2010...if we finish anywhere in the bottom 1/3 that could turn in to a Really bad trade...especially since we dont have many players that can fetch a 1st rounder for 2010...so withought any picks we could be very screwed .... meaning the 1st rounder we gave for Kessel in 2010 and 2011 could really turn out to be a high pick.... I can just see the Boston fans getting exited by the way the leafs are playing...We HAD to finish in the top 1/3 to make it a fairly alright trade anything below and your risking giving up possible stars...though both the next 2 drafts are fairly dry...you never really know when a star could emerge... | |

| Guess I'm too late to join in on this pool. Keep me in mind for future pools? Playoffs? 2010/11 season?
And janie and hkns, I too am a hurting Leafs fan. I hope that Burkie can turn it around in time, but 3 high drafts for kessel? i'm not so sure. Time will tell. Kahdri seems like a good pick....if they ever play him. And that new goalie...what's his name?....is getting some good hype. Geez, I do sound like a Leaf fan....grasping at anything that resembles hope! LOL oh well, at least we don't have to worry about that Heatley headache in Ontario anymore! Now if they could just get rid of Alfreddson....

| haha, we didnt get enough ppl to start a league this year, only 4 (5 including you). for american football, they let you create leagues halfway thru the season, we could try that. and maybe get 3 more ppl so we have a nice 8person league.
any more takers? cheers

| Now, now, don't hate on my Alfie... Haha. Sens wouldn't be much without him... they never play as a team when he's not there...
Now as of Heatley, that guy can seriously kiss my butt! He was just a waste of everyone's team and should of been transferred to OHL or something.. Haha.
Ahhh well. | |

| Ah Janie, another dreaded Sens fan. And I was just starting to like you! No we are destined to be mortal enemies. ;-)
Leafs vs Sens used to be a great rivalry, but Leafs are crap now, and Sens aren't what they used to be. I love watching the new up and coming teams though, like Washington and Penguins...well maybe they aren't so up-and-coming anymore, but hey, still good to watch.
So hope to see you online again sometime soon. Try not to kick my butt so much though eh? "Eh"...so Canadian. Ugh.
